Ever wondered what a circular lifestyle (zero waste) would mean practically?

We will explore this idea deeply and practically. We will bring a sewing machine setup where you can learn practical recycling and repair tips for textiles. Additionally, there will be a clothes exchange segment where you can buy and sell clothing items. This provides a hands-on opportunity to implement sustainable practices in the daily life, and also share experiences and opinions about participating in a circular economy.

PhD student Kamila Krych will share her research on household consumption of textiles, furniture, and appliances. She'll shed light on the environmental consequences associated with this consumption and how the impacts can be minimized by extending the lifespan of these products.

It will be possible to buy a vegan dish with local, non-sprayed vegetables and norwegian quinoa.

Har du lurt på hva en sirkulær livsstil (null avfall) ville betydd i praksis?

Vi vil utforske denne ideen og komme med praktiske tips. Vi skal ha en oppstilling med symaskin hvor du kan lære praktiske tips for gjenvinning og reparasjon av tekstiler. I tillegg vil det være klesbytte hvor det blir mulig for deltakere å kjøpe og selge klær. Dette gir en hands-on mulighet for å implementere bærekraftige praksiser i hverdagen, samt dele erfaringer om å delta i en sirkulær økonomi.

Doktorgradsstudent Kamila Krych vil dele sin forskning om husholdningens forbruk av tekstiler, møbler og apparater. Hun vil kaste lys over de miljømessige konsekvensene knyttet til dette forbruket og hvordan påvirkningene kan reduseres ved å forlenge produktets levetid.

Det blir mulig å kjøpe vegansk gryte med lokale, sprøytefrie grønnsaker og norsk quinoa.
