Torsdag 16.10.25 Aqueous Poetry Night with Arctic Auditories

We are thrilled to invite all Trondheim-based listeners, community poets, environmentalists, scholars and lurkers to a poesi kveld/poetry nights open mic devoted to all and any water stories on October 16 @ 18.30-20.30 (Stammen Café). Come and join our local hosts and guests from Arctic Auditories to listen to and and share aqueous poetic stories!
The event is free and open to the public!
All languages, water stories, listeners, ecopoets, environmentalists, and other fluid lovers of words and waterways are welcome!
About Arctic Auditories: Arctic Auditories is a research project that explores what sound in watery environments can tell us about climate change. The project is based in Romsa/Tromsø and includes researchers based in Norway, England, and Switzerland, as well as municipality workers, artists, writers and local community stakeholders.
About the aqueous poetry night: The event is co-organized by Arctic Auditories’s Elizabeth Barron, Katrin Losleben, and Paula Ryggvik Mikalsen; NTNU Environmental Humanities, Narrating Sustainability, & TransLit’s Agata Kochaniewicz, Hanna Musiol, & Libe García Zarranz; and, Stammen Cafe.
